• A page here disagrees with what LARA or PSI told you.
• A requirement is stated without the rule or the bulletin line it comes from.
• Something is out of date, which happens because fees, dates and code editions move.

What only the authority can answer

Whether your own hours will be accepted, whether your out of state experience counts toward a Michigan license, or where your application sits today.

Those are determinations, not facts, and they are made by the people who issue the license. Anyone else answering is guessing at your expense.
